Congratulations to the iPad2 provincial contest winner, Vanessa Rakochy, from Fort McMurray, AB.

Every Step Matters and Yours did!

Congratulations to all our walkers in the Edmonton Enerflex MS Walk. Over 2000 participants and volunteers arrived at Churchill Square on Sunday morning to take a step to end MS! The wind didn’t hold you back; you made your mark in downtown Edmonton. The day was perfect for walking and getting together with friends and family to enjoy the beautiful day, live music, and the company of fellow walkers all there with the same goal: to end MS.

Thank you! Your efforts raised almost half a Million dollars this weekend with money still coming in! Let those pledges keep coming in as we are still working towards our goal of $800,000. We will keep you informed of our final total once all the dollars are counted. Without you this wouldn’t have been possible. Also, stay tuned for some exciting updates for the 2012 Enerflex MS Walk!

Here’s a look at the 2011 Edmonton Enerflex MS Walk: familiar and new faces in the fight to end MS!
