Assistance Program
Provides financial assistance to those with MS to help with the cost of "assistive devices or home adaptations." This fund can be used once per year for up to $300.
Resources are limited and funding is provided on a first come, first served basis. Please call your local Chapter or Division office for information.
Caregivers Special Assistance Fund
Provides financial assistance to caregivers of those with MS to purchase services, activities or items that contribute to overall caregiver well-being. This program is intended to help the caregiver replenish their reserves and rejuvenate themselves. This fund can be used once per year for up to $300.
