2014 Award Winners

How has MS affected you?

Atlantic Chapters:

Congratulations to the 2013 Atlantic Division Award winners!

We are pleased to honour Mickey Edwards (bottom left) with the
2013 Kay Reynolds Lifetime Achievement Award for her incredible
50 years of dedicated volunteer work with the MS Society.

Steve Merrill (bottom right) is the recipient of the Division Award
of Merit, Member, for over 20 years of involvement with the MS Society.
Steve was instrumental in lobbying the governments of New Brunswick
and Prince Edward Island for catastrophic drug coverage, and for that
work he has also been awarded the National Award of Merit for 2013.

Pictured with Mickey and Steve are Sean FitzGerald, Chairman of the
Atlantic Division Board of Directors, and Atlantic Division President
Dena Simon. Congratulations to each of our award winners this year.

Because of government support in P.E.I. and in New Brunswick, the CNIB has been able to extend its collection of large print books, books on CD and other materials through public libraries in those provinces. If you can't manipulate a book or are visually impaired, you can access the CNIB's library through their Library Partners program and your local library.
