We'll help you create a fun-filled team of people to walk, wheel, or ride with — family, friends, co-workers, hockey buddies, book club members — you get the idea. Experience the camaraderie and excitement of TeamMS while helping end MS!

Creating a team is simple. All you need is minimum of four team members including a team captain, and a cool team name. Then register in the RONA MS Bike Tour or the Scotiabank MS Walk.

Our dedicated TeamMS staff are here for you. We know you're busy so we work to make it as easy as possible to create and maintain a winning team. We'll help you:

• Establish your team's goals, plans and activities;
• Register your team; and
• Set (and beat) recruitment and fundraising goals.
