The Capital Connection is our local newsletter. It provides information on education, programs, services, volunteering and fundraising. The newsletter is published three times a year for our members.
Chapter Updates are produced once a month to keep Chapter members up to date on the Chapter's goings ons. If you would like to become a member of our e-List group, email info.ottawa@mssociety.ca
