The 2011 RONA Bike Tour on August 6-7 had 606 participants and close to 200 volunteers. Over $430,000  was raised. Let`s do better this year!

In partnership with our Cornwall Chapter, this year's tour will start in South Gloucester at the Legion on Mitch Owens Road (15 minutes outside downtown Ottawa).  Cyclists will wind through Eastern Ontario to Ingleside, enjoying a relaxing lunch at Farran Park, nestled on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. From there, cyclists will ride along scenic, paved bike paths which follow the river through the Long Sault Parkway to the NAV Centre in Cornwall.

The Tour offers cyclists of all ages and abilities both a one and a two day option, with routes ranging between 75 and 110 kms per day (the latter with an option to sign up for an additional 25 kms once in Cornwall).  Those opting for the 75 km route on Saturday will be provided with bus transportation to the NAV Centre from Farran Park, whereas those opting for the 75 km route on Sunday will be provided with bus transportation from the NAV Centre to the short route start point.  One-day cyclists will be returned to South Gloucester from Cornwall by bus on Saturday evening.

Our new partner, the  NAV Centre , offers cyclists exceptional recreational facilities (including a 25 m indoor pool) and indoor guest accommodations, as well as camping for those wishing to experience the great outdoors. To read more about the NAV Centre's hospitality, visit their website.

We hope you will join us for this all new experience.  Thank you for making such a difference in the lives of persons living with MS.
