Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Ottawa Chapter
The Ottawa Chapter Volunteer Awards recognizes outstanding voluntary achievements of individuals and groups. Presented at our annual MS Appreciation ceremonies, these awards give the Ottawa Chapter an opportunity to recognize outstanding volunteer efforts from the past year.
Please take this opportunity to share with us an outstanding volunteer effort that you were apart of or personally witnessed. An individual of any age or group of any size who willingly contribute to the MS Society, Ottawa Chapter are eligible for an Ottawa Chapter award. To nominate an outstanding volunteer, please complete the included nomination form. Please note that nominees must additional sign the Awards Nominee Form.
