TAMARACK OTTAWA RACE WEEKEND 2013
May 25 & 26, 2013
The MS Society is a participating Charity for the race again this year. Join TeamMS as part of our Volunteer Crew.
We will be looking for volunteers for a Water Station and/or a Cheering Section.

MS Bike Tour
August 10 and 11, 2013
Ottawa to Cornwall
Lots of positions are will be available before, during and after the Tour. Position locations are MS Society Office, Metcalfe Arena, Cornwall NAV Center and various Rest Stops
Positions include Greeter, Check-in Runner, Parking, etc.
