Self-Help Groups

Self-help groups form when people with a common concern come together. Toronto Chapter groups are run by and for persons with multiple sclerosis (MS) or family & friends. Groups develop based on a specific common interest—for example, location, gender, or profession. Chapter staff provide support and training to encourage positive group experiences.
