Goods and Services
At present, the MS Society of Canada offers two types of e-commerce transactions via our web site. The first type of transaction is a registration fee that may be charged for some of our special events. The second type are donations for which you’ll receive an official tax receipt according the CRA requirements via email.
Currency
All transactions processed on our web site are in Canadian funds.
Delivery Standards
There are no hard goods associated with either event registrations or donations, therefore we do not ship any goods. You will however, receive via email, confirmation of your transaction including an electronic tax receipt for donations where applicable.

To reach the division office in your region, go to In Your Community or call
1-800-268-7582. To contact your nearest chapter office, consult the Division home page or check in your local telephone book.

Return/Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for all donations by calling 1-866-922-6065. For event registrations, all transactions are final except in the province of Quebec.

All transactions are securely transacted using 1024-bit encryption provided by Thawte SSL certificate authority.
