Caregiver Special Assistance Program

 


Are you a caregiver for a person living with multiple sclerosis? Is it time for you to consider your own health and well-being? The Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Caregiver Special Assistance Fund may be able to help you:

  • Achieve greater balance in your life
  • Restore your emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical and/or social well-being
  • Have a much needed break from your caregiver responsibilities
