In recognition of your fundraising achievements, we are pleased to offer you a Louis Garneau “Club $1000” semi-relaxed cycling jersey if you raise pledges of $1000 or more. For pledges of $2000 or more, you will also receive a pair of Louis Garneau “Club $2000” cycling shorts!

Please note that Jersey’s and shorts come in men’s sizes only If you would like to reserve your jersey and/or shorts in advance, please refer to the Louis Garneau size chart and contact Michelle Davis with your size request.

• Prizes will be awarded on the basis of pledges submitted. To be eligible for a prize your pledge money and prize request MUST be received at the MS Society no later than September 4 , 2011
• Prize requests are not automatic and must be submitted on or after Tour Weekend Prizes are not cumulative, with the exception of the MS Bike Tour T-shirt, the Club Jersey and Club Shorts, which are in addition to the gift cards
• All RONA MS Bike Tour prizes will be ready to be picked up at the Ottawa Chapter starting in mid October. Participants will be notified via email or phone when the prizes have arrived. Prizes will only be mailed under certain circumstances
• Prizes are based on individual and not team totals
