Under the age of 18?
Volunteers under the age of 18 MUST have the parental consent form filled out. If you are unable to send in a signed copy, please email back the form and a signed form can be brought to the orientation session or on the day of your volunteer shift.

There is a volunteer orientation at the Ottawa Chapter office (1826 Woodward Drive) at 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on July 22. Please RSVP your attendance to michelle.davis@mssociety.ca by July 18.
