Youth Programs

MS Camp

 

This summer, there will be two youth summer camps for kids who have a parent with MS. (in French only)

Thirty kids aged from 7 to 12 years old at Camp Richelieu in St-Côme in the Lanaudière from June 24 to 30, 2012.

Thirty kids aged from 12 to 16 years old at Camp Edphy International, at Val-Morin in the Laurentians from August 5 to 12, 2012.

Different activities will be offered: canoeing, kayak, swimming, climbing, ecology, archery, team games, etc.

MS-related activities will also be offered: discussions, an obstacle course and symptom simulation, a group cartoon, improvisation, quiz, survival techniques and geocaching

 

The MS youth camp is free and is financed by:

- Club Richelieu Montréa Foundationl, for the Camp Richelieu Saint-Côme
- The André Gauthier Foundation, the Edith Lando Foundation and the CIBC Foundation, for the Camp Edphy International
