Needs Assessment Questionnaire
The Saskatchewan Division is undertaking a Needs Assessment Questionnaire to ask members for feedback to determine what programs, services, or supports are most valued by you, and to give you the opportunity to share feedback or suggestions which can help us plan for the future.

Please click on the link below to complete the questionnaire in Survey Monkey, a program that collects and tabulates your responses. The questionnaire is anonymous and shouldn’t take very long to complete. We need your responses as soon as possible - no later than March 9th.
