TeamMS makes it easy

Year after year, thousands of participants take the TeamMS challenge to walk, run, cycle or golf on behalf of the MS Society of Canada. Bringing communities and corporations together, the TeamMS experience motivates, inspires, and challenges participants to achieve their goals while helping to end MS.

Groups of 4 or more, including one Team Captain, qualify to form either a community or corporate team. Contact your local MS Society office to find out more about registering or joining TeamMS.
