Irfan Kara is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on employment litigation, class actions, corporate/commercial litigation and privacy law. Irfan has a particular focus on employment related matters and regularly acts for and advises employers on employment contracts, terminations, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights, reprisal and harassment complaints.
Irfan has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
