Live & Learn - NeuroFit at the YMCA Guelph
Brian Fehst, Coordinator of the NeuroFit Wellness Centre at the Guelph YMCA, will be talking about the NeuroFit program.
NeurFit is a structured, supervised circuit program for those affected by neurological conditions including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or Spinal Cord injury. This program will include exercises that focus on mobility, reaching, balance and strength. In completion of the Neurological Fitness Program, members can advance to the Fit for Function Program for individualized fitness programs.
