Pelvic floor physiotherapist will help you improve your pelvic floor functioning.

TAKE A MOMENT TO ASK YOURSELF:

●Do you have to go to the bathroom frequently?

●Do you leak urine when you cough, sneeze, walk, lift or run?

●Do you have pain with urination or bowel movements?

●Do you have pain or difficulty with intercourse?

●Do you go several days without a bowel movement?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may have problems with tightening or relaxing the muscles of the pelvic region. This is called:

PELVIC FLOOR DYSFUNCTION:   Specialized physiotherapy is an effective means to prevent or treat these problems.   “Kegels” are not always a solution for pelvic floor problems. Sometimes they do more harm than good, and often they are not performed correctly.

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPY:  We can diagnose your issues, provide recommendations and treatment.  Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists have advanced, specialized training and experience treating men and women of all ages.
