Kyle Diab, OT Reg. (Ont.) BSc (Kin), MSc (RS), MSc (OT)

Kyle graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where he conducted research on multiple sclerosis and exercise. He went on to complete a research-based Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia, focusing on the link between fatigue, sleep, depression, and pain in spinal cord injury. Finally, he obtained his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto. Kyle has worked as an Occupational Therapist in multiple settings, including clinical, hospital rehabilitation, in-home, and in the community. Kyle’s experience includes working with clients with mental health issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, cancer, and acquired brain injuries.

Kyle will discuss:

  • The history of exercise and MS
  • The power of physical activity
  • Types of physical activity
  • MS specific improvements from exercise
