The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada is pleased to announce a new partnership with SPIRIT Club. SPIRIT Club is an online gym where with a membership you can access all of their live and recorded virtual wellness, exercise and fitness programming (e.g., yoga, Zumba, fitness, meditation, nutrition, etc.). The MS Society has secured a group membership with SPIRIT Club and by registering with us you will receive a link that will allow you to create a free membership account with SPIRIT Club, giving you access to all of their virtual programming. All of SPIRIT Clubs classes are taught by trained / certified professionals, and most are offered with multiple levels of difficulty including a seated option.

Please note this program is only available to individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an allied disease or their family caregiver. If you do not qualify for the MS Societies group membership with SPIRIT Club you can visit their website and take out your own individual membership.

There are two options to access SPIRIT Club, and you may choose one or both options:

Option 1: you can register with the MS Society, to receive a link to create a free account with SPIRIT Club for access to all of their online content and unlimited access to their programming whenever you want. Click here to view video for SPIRIT Club and how to use the online format.  

Option 2: is to register for our weekly SPIRIT Club exercise classes with the option to stay and attend a social after the fitness class. Once registered you will be emailed a new zoom link each week on Tuesday morning, but please feel free to choose to attend the classes that are of interest to you. You can register and attend all or choose the classes that are of interest to you. This weekly class is an opportunity for participants to drop-in on a variety of types of exercise classes. Once you register you get to choose which classes you would like to attend, there are four different wellness programs to explore each session, attend them all or only those you are interested in. This 13-week session will start on Tuesday, September 13 and run every Tuesday until December 6. This program will be held at 12:00 pm EST 

Registration for the winter SPIRIT Club session running January 17 - March 29, 2023 will be open on January 4 at 12:00 ET. 


Schedule for group class:

Gentle Yoga

January 17- February 7

Classes are approximately 60 minutes in length

SPIRIT Fitness

February 14 – March 7

Classes are approximately 25 – 35 minutes in length


March 14 - March 28

Classes are approximately 30 minutes in length
