Julia Wood

A certified yoga teacher and clinical counsellor, Julia also teaches yoga at her place of work, dedicated to helping those struggling with addiction.

Beth Person

Beth is a certified yoga teacher and massage practitioner whose knowledge of the body and life experience make her a great candidate for teaching people with disabilities. She is kind, compassionate, and well informed.
