A huge thank you to Dr. E. Ann Yeh the 2018 endMS
Summer School host and to the entire planning
team! The Summer School entitled, “Environmental and Lifestyle
Factors Associated With MS: Bench to Bedside”, was held June
11-14, 2018 in Toronto at the Hospital for Sick Children’s Peter
Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning.
Message from Hosts:
We aim to bring together researchers and trainees to collaborate on bridging the gap between “Bench” (basic science) and “Bedside” (clinical research and care) in this exciting area of investigation.
The objectives of the 2018 endMS Summer School are to:
- develop a greater understanding of the lifestyle and environmental factors associated with MS
- broaden the depth of knowledge of MS through the lens of scientists, clinicians, and patients
- encourage networking and collaboration amongst researchers and trainees to increase the capacity for interdisciplinary research
These objectives will be accomplished through plenary sessions, hands-on learning experiences and general career development sessions.
