Newfoundland and Labrador MS Bike Tour 2016
On Saturday, September 24 cyclists participated in a one-day bike tour, pedaling between 30 and 78 kilometers, as part of MS Bike - the largest cycling series in North America. The 4th annual Newfoundland and Labrador MS Bike Tour, dubbed “Bike the Rock” provided cyclists with the opportunity to join together in the fight to end multiple sclerosis (MS) – a disease that affects 100,000 Canadians.
The MS Society is dedicated to funding research and services that empower Canadians affected by multiple sclerosis to achieve the highest possible quality of life while living with the daily challenges of MS. The funds raised from MS Bike will help support innovative research into the cause, treatment and cure for MS, will provide valuable services and programs for Canadians affected by MS, and will help sustain important advocacy work on behalf of Canadians affected by MS.
