World MS Day Cooking Class

We celebrated independence for World MS Day by hosting a cooking class! The session included a presentation with Certified Nutritionists Joanne Smith and Kari McDougall, hands on cooking and samples of each dish. We made a delicious gluten-free southwest quinoa salad and a creamy avocado pasta - find the recipes here.
