We often think of MS in terms of its common physical symptoms, such as extreme fatigue or lack of coordination, but MS can also significantly impact mental health and emotional well-being.

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership – Sesh, a therapist-led, community-driven mental health platform. Sesh offers over 200+ monthly virtual support group sessions on topics like anxiety, depression, and grief — all led by a licensed therapist. Sesh virtual support groups will be a place to discuss an issue, life event or topic that you are experiencing in a safe, confidential space.

How much does it cost?

We partnered with Sesh to offer this incredible service at no cost to Canadians affected by MS.
