Even a close and caring family does not replace the need for friends. Some people with physical disabilities may feel socially isolated and have limited personal support networks.

Through new relationships, individuals have the opportunity to explore mutual hobbies and interests. The program gives these participants a chance to socialize, partake in group activities, shop, attend an event or chat over coffee.

Adults with disabilities are paired with volunteers who have gone through a screening process and are matched with someone with similar interests.
