Disability Vocational Rehabilitation Program

For individuals receiving CPP disability benefits who would like to return to work (new job, former job, different job former employer etc).

Participant receives an individualized return-to-work rehabilitation plan, in consultation with the participant's treating physician.

CPP may cover costs of retraining.

Participants will still receive regular CPP disability during the time they participate in the program, and should they find a job, for the first three months of employment.

Individuals should speak with a CPP case manager regarding how their eligibility for CPP benefits are protected if they need to re-apply.
