Mental Health Helpline (formerly known as Mental Health Service Information Ontario-MHSIO) is a province-wide information and referral service providing Ontarians with round-the-clock access to information about mental health services and supports across the province. Service is provided in over 170 languages to consumers, families, service providers and others seeking information about mental health resources, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also provide an online chat service and an online directory of mental health services on their website

Mental Health Helpline maintains a comprehensive centralized data repository of information about mental health services that is updated regularly and includes information on approximately 300 mental health organizations in Ontario providing over 1,000 different programs.

There is a range of options available in Ontario for individuals seeking mental health services and/or supports including, but not limited to case management, counselling and treatment, vocational/employment, clubhouses, early intervention, diversion and court support and abuse services.
