LiveWell with Chronic Pain Program

The LiveWell with Chronic Pain Program is a peer-led, community based, self-management program to help adults who are experiencing a wide range of chronic pain conditions including severe muscular pain due to conditions such as multiple sclerosis.

This program is currently offered in four health regions in Saskatchewan - Regina Qu'Appelle, Saskatoon, Prairie North and Kelsey Trail.

Trained health professionals, or peer leaders who have experienced chronic pain themselves, will provide you with a range of strategies and tools to help you manage your pain and get on with living a fulfilling life.
