1. Living Life to the Full

Living Life to the Full is an interactive 12 hour course taken over 8 weeks offered to adults (18+) and teens (13-19). The purpose of the course is to develop and enhance the skills necessary to deal with life's challenges and improve mental health. Trained facilitators guide participants through worksheets, activities, and discussion to improve feelings, moods and behaviors. This course is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is available in many communities in BC; the materials for the course can be bought online.

2. Bounce Back: Reclaim Your Health

Through psychoeducation and guided self-help, the Bounce Back programs first intervention is a DVD offering practical tips on managing mood and healthy living to help adults experiencing moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety arising from stress or other life circumstances. The second service is a telephone coaching program which teaches skills to overcome unhelpful thinking, sleep problems, or low socialization. A doctors referral is required for the telephone coaching program.
