Offers adults free Online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for depression, anxiety, and or pain. Online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy involves reviewing educational material online with the support of a therapist or a guide. Though their guided programs are for Saskatchewan residents only, they also have a large library of self-help resources.

Guided Programs:

The Wellbeing Course which aims to provide free education and guidance on simple but effective techniques for managing depression and or anxiety. The Course helps people with thoughts, behaviours and physical symptoms of depression and anxiety.

The Pain Course which was designed to teach people who have chronic pain how to better manage pain, depression, and anxiety.
