Emotions Anonymous

Emotions Anonymous (EA) exists to support individuals with emotional difficulties in their efforts to live a more manageable life by using the Emotions Anonymous Program of recovery. Through weekly support meetings, members discover they are not alone in their struggles.

There is an emphasis on a Higher Power however EA is open to those with or without religious beliefs or affiliations.
