Caregiver Family & Friends Self-Help Group

Are you a caregiver, family or close friend of someone living with MS? Looking to meet some people you can relate to as a caregiver? Come out to our new Caregiver, Family & Friends Self-Help Group where you can talk with people who have similar experiences and challenges to yourself. Gain support and offer a listening ear to others.

Sharing in community and connecting with others is so important to maintaining our resilience to stress, increasing our sense of well being and even improving physical health.
