  • Social Gatherings & Recreation
  • Health and Wellness

The Hamilton Chapter of the MS Society has been offering yoga therapy for our clients since 1993. Our certified Yoga Instructors adapt all exercises to an individual's abilities and capabilities.

Yoga is practiced by millions of people in North America. It can be done conveniently at home, at the gym, or in the workplace. Many people are using yoga as a regular form of exercise as it provides energy, while helping to reduce stress.

The Ms Society of Canada, Hamilton Chapter's Yoga Program focuses on the improvement of physical health in areas such as strength, flexibility and improved balance. Hatha Yoga can also have a calming effect on the nervous system and provide relaxation.
