The Toronto Chapter offers a variety of peer support groups meeting in various locations throughout the city. Staff are also available to assist in forming new groups.

Third Monday of the month 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Royal York/Lawrence area

Men and women with MS get together for support, encouragement and information.

12 Step Group

Every Friday
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Bloor/Islington area

A structured group for persons with MS which follows the 12 Step principals. (men & women)

Saturday Morning Group


Fortnightly on Saturday
10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Bloor/Keele area

Men and women with MS get together for support, encouragement and information.

Downtown Toronto


LBGT Group

First Saturday of the month.

10:30 am to 12pm Sherbourne/Wellesely area

Men and women from the LGBT community get together for support, encouragement and information


North Toronto






Farsi-speaking Group

Last Wednesday of the month
 4 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Yonge/Sheppard area

Men and Women who are Farsi-speaking and living with MS or have a family member with MS get together for support, encouragement and information.

Family and Friends Group

Third Monday of the month
7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Bathurst/Lawrence area

Family and friends of persons with MS get together for support, encouragement and information. (men & women)



East Toronto



East End Women’s Group

Second Wednesday of the month
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Coxwell/Mortimer area
