Support Groups

Support groups are an informal way to link people affected by MS. As a person living with MS, you can benefit from the knowledge and connection provided by a support group.

Alliston (New Tecumseth and area)

Meetings are every Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. in Alliston. Every second week will include a light (seated) yoga/exercise class. For more information, please contact the chapter office or Elgin Armstrong at 705-435-4198 for more information and location details.

Barrie

Meets every Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. for light exercise, followed by informal support and refreshments. Contact the Chapter at 705-733-0488 for more information and location details.

Orillia
