Individuals Affected by MS

The MS Society provides and hosts presentations and education throughout Alberta & Northwest Territories for individuals affected by MS. Education programs provide the opportunity to increase knowledge about MS, symptoms, symptom management, research, complementary and alternative therapies, as well as to learn about resources in the community to help better manage MS and live well with MS. These presentations are offered in person and/or by webinar.

The MS Society also provides presentations to allied health professionals, students, employers, fitness professionals, home care, staff in continuing care and so on. These presentations are on MS physiology, MS symptoms, psychosocial aspects of MS and MS Society Programs & Services. These presentations provide valuable information about working with people with MS and hopefully help to improve the quality of life of those living with MS.
