Whole Body Strong

Whole Body Strong is a whole body exercise program based upon the principals of essentrics, which includes a dynamic workout approach that lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles. Whole Body Strong aims to help increase full body flexibility, help improve posture and balance, unlock tight muscles and joints, strengthen the spine and core, and help to treat and prevent back pain.

Day/Dates: Tuesdays, Jan. 14 - March 31, 2020

Time: 11:30 – 12:30 pm

Cost: $55 for 11 weeks

Location: Sergeant Tommy Prince Place, 90 Sinclair Street

Time: 10:00 - 11:00 pm

Cost: $55 for 11 weeks
