Programs and Services

Vantage Community Services

  • Health and Wellness

Vantage offers three different counselling services:

Vantage's walk-in clinic

Individuals, couples, and families can access Vantage's walk-in clinic without a referral and at no cost to them. Clients are welcome to make multiple visits, though they may see a different therapist each time.

  • Receive prompt support without being placed on a waiting list
  • Clinic Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Focused Counselling

When distressing situations become too difficult to manage, a more consistent connection to a counsellor may best serve the needs of a client. Appointment-based therapy allows clients to see the same therapist on an ongoing basis.

  • Focused counselling identifies strengths and opportunities for change, and is available for individuals, couples, and families.
  • The fee is based on a sliding scale determined by what the client can afford to pay.

Clinical Services

Vantage's team of psychologists and social workers provides services for individuals, couples, and families to address well-being, anxiety, anger, abuse, neglect, trauma, and other concerns.

These services include:

  • Clinical, psychological, and family assessments
  • Individual and family therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Parent education and support groups
  • Parenting and family violence assessments
  • Clinical case consultation for caseworkers and other professionals
