Ostomy/ Incontinence Program, Government of New Brunswick

This program assists clients of this department (social assistance recipients and their dependents; individuals with extensive health needs who are unable to cover the cost of services; children with special needs/disabilities; children in care of the Minister; long-term care clients in special care homes/community residences; nursing home clients; and mental health clients residing in facilities) with coverage for ostomy, catheterization and incontinence supplies which are not covered by other agencies or private health insurance plans.

This program covers supplies directly related to the management of:
¥ A colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy
¥ Internal, external or intermittent catheterization
¥ Incontinence
