Self-management BC offers lay-led patient education programs offered in English, Punjabi, and Chinese, throughout British Columbia, free of charge. These programs run once a week for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks for groups of 10 -16 individuals. Visit the website, or contact the office by email or phone to register for a program.

Chronic Disease Self-Management Program(CDSMP):

CDSMP provides information and teaches practical skills on managing chronic health problems while giving people the confidence and motivation to manage the challenges of living with a chronic health condition. CDSMP is also available online.

Chronic Pain Self-Management Program(CPSMP):

The CPSMP is targeted to adults experiencing chronic musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, or neuralgias (such as trigeminal neuralgia), and post stroke or central pain. It may also be appropriate for those with severe muscular pain due to conditions such as multiple sclerosis.
