Trained Information and Referral specialists provide free, confidential, and multilingual services 24/7, dispensing information for community, social, health, and government services. Access to over 5,500 resources is also available on the web through The Red Book Online. ÊCall or Text services apply to Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Squamish-Lillooet and Sunshine Coast.
