Bell offers accessibility services for home phone Bell subscribers with physical disabilities or difficulties with speech, hearing, and vision:

Bell's Relay Service is available 24/7 and allows customers to place confidential, free, local calls. Long distance calls are placed at a reduced rate, and registered TTY/teletypewriter users may qualify for an 86% rebate on long distance calls placed to Canada and the U.S. There is also the option for TTY service use from desktop and laptop computers, as well as some tablets and IPhones.
