If you have a disability, you can take advantage of assistive devices, equipment, and technology, workplace access and modification, personal care services, interpreting and captioning, and ergonomic supports offered by Work BC.

The Employment Program of BC is a responsive, inclusive, accessible program with client-centred services and support for those seeking a job/vocation and keeping it.

Self-Serve Services

These services are provided by Employment Services Centres and include a staffed resource area for using job search tools, workshops for unemployed clients, and financial supports for eligible clients who need help getting started.

Personal Service & Supports

These services are delivered at your local Employment Services Centre and include group and individualized workshops, training services, and customized job placement and work experience for those with barriers to employment.
