Co-operatives are made up of members; members are those who live in the housing. As a co-op member, you have a say in the decisions that affect your home and you have security - you can live in your home for as long as you wish given you pay rent and follow the co-op rules.

The Co-operative Housing Federation of BC (CHF BC) is a co-operative association made up of member housing co-ops and related organizations in British Columbia.
