**Updated March 19, 2020

The health and well-being of our MS Community is our top priority. The MS Society has been closely monitoring information on COVID-19 (Coronavirus) as released by the Public Health Agency of Canada and other local and regional public health authorities.

Recognizing the impacts of the rapidly changing COVID-19 health situation on our community, we want to be vigilant in all of our decisions, including our annual research funding competitions. We are currently in the process of finalizing our decisions and will notify all applicants in a timely manner.

Our work to support Canadians affected by MS will not stop. During this time, our mission is as important as ever, and we remain strongly committed to funding MS research.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Dr. Pamela Valentine

President & CEO, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada
